Shipping Policy
At Gus Labs, we know you want to get into the game as fast as possible. We partner exclusively with Australia Post (AusPost) to ensure your premium gaming PC and components are delivered safely and reliably right to your door.
1. Order Processing and Build Times
Our shipping times are calculated from the moment your order is dispatched from our facility, not from the moment you place the order.
- Pre-Built PCs & Individual Components: Orders for in-stock, pre-configured systems or individual parts are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
- Custom Built PCs: Because our custom rigs are built-to-order, meticulously cable-managed, and stress-tested for peak performance, please allow 2 to 5 business days for processing and assembly before dispatch.
2. Shipping Rates
We do not mark up our shipping costs. All shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on the exact weight, dimensions of your order, your destination postcode, and the shipping method you select.
These rates are generated directly by the Australia Post network, ensuring you always pay the fairest and most accurate price for delivery.
3. Delivery Times and Services
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. At checkout, you may be presented with different service tiers (such as Standard or Express Parcel Post).
- Please note that all delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates provided by Australia Post, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Gus Labs is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier network, severe weather, or public holidays.
- We absolutely ship to PO Boxes and AusPost Parcel Lockers!
4. Order Tracking
Once your rig or components have cleared our testing bench and are handed over to Australia Post, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the Australia Post website or app to track your delivery in real-time.
5. Signature on Delivery
Due to the high value of gaming PCs and components, all large orders are sent with Signature on Delivery required. We want to ensure your new rig ends up in your hands, not left unattended on a porch. If you are not home to sign for the package, Australia Post will leave a card and take it to your nearest local Post Office for secure collection.
6. Damaged in Transit (Your ACL Rights)
Under the Australian Consumer Law, we guarantee that your goods will arrive safely. We use heavy-duty packaging and internal foam supports to protect your PC. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged by the courier, you must follow these steps so we can resolve the issue immediately:
- Take Photos: Before opening the box, take clear photos of any external damage to the packaging.
- Inspect the PC: Carefully unbox the PC and take photos of any internal or cosmetic damage.
- Contact Us Immediately: You must email us at admin@guspcs.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery being signed for, including your order number and all photos.
We will work with you to arrange a return, repair, or replacement at no additional cost to you, and we will handle the damage claim with Australia Post on our end.
7. Incorrect Addresses and Return to Sender
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because it was not collected from the Post Office within the required timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
8. International Shipping
At this time, Gus Labs exclusively serves the Australian market. We do not ship internationally.
